Building upon previous work, we focus specifically on the southern portion of Dorchester County, the southwest region of Wicomico County, and the Deal Island Peninsula in Somerset County. The forty plus participants include pastors and lay members from churches in each of these areas, as well as officials from County government and State government offices.
